We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Representative based in the St. Louis regional office. Client Representatives serve as the “Single Source Solution” for Top Care clients.  Client Representatives are responsible for maintaining and growing their client portfolios, meeting customer demands, deploying the resources of our sizable staff to assist clients in everything from complete property maintenance to developing a landscape architecture plans. We utilize sophisticated, client management software that enables our Client Representatives to more accurately and efficiently bid projects, schedule work, complete work on time, track and communicate progress back to the client.

Responsibilities

  • Work with commercial, retail, industrial, institutional and residential property managers on delivering quality landscape solutions for individual properties
  • Accurately and efficiently bid projects, schedule work, complete work on time, track and communicate progress back to the client
  • Establish specific annual new business development objectives, which is the primary measure of personal contribution
  • Manage existing contracts, expand contracts year after year, and enhance work orders on existing portfolios
  • Create presentations, proposals  and communications to support new initiatives and relationship building

Qualifications

  • At least three to five years of customer relations and account experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Proven track record to generate leads and grow the company’s business
  • Horticulture knowledge of plant material
  • Comfort with and demonstrated success in negotiating complex and high-value projects and contracts
  • Strong analytical orientation; comfort using databases and various tools to make data-based decisions.
  • Solid ability to establish and achieve goals and expectations
  • Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to analyze problems and develop actionable and appropriate tactical plans
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in business-to-business relationships.

Business Development Manager

Top Care is seeking a Business Development Manager for the St. Louis Office who can be a key member of our Client Services Team and develop, cultivate and secure growth opportunities and new business for Top Care.  Reporting to Top Care’s VP/COO, responsibilities include researching prospective new clients, generating and closing new leads, creating quality leads from trade shows and regional networking events, marketing, writing contract proposals and presentations, and meeting with potential new clients. Candidate needs strong interpersonal communication skills; to work well in a team environment; be self-directed and motivated; possess strong organizational skills; demonstrate ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business development effort from new client identification and proposal development through account
  • Develop new business development strategy for the entire company and establish specific annual new business development objectives
  • Coordinate a well thought out business development process to ensure full engagement and alignment across the organization
  • Identify and develop an ongoing list of actionable business development opportunities
  • Create presentations, proposals  and communications to support new initiatives and relationship building
  • Conduct research activities to identify and validate new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities
  • Regularly attend trade shows and industry events to promote Top Care and build relationships with potential clients and business partners
  • Track key industry trends such as regulatory and competitive challenges, develop plans and make recommendations to mitigate and manage these emerging matters
  • Partner with the operations and sales team for seamless client transitions and to ensure client expectations are identified and exceeded
  • Leverage and manage company social media to enhance business development objectives and the brand

Field Supervisors – We are currently accepting resumes for Field Supervisors because of continued growth.  We have several supervisor positions to fill in St. Louis and Kansas City. Lawn Care Laborers – As a laborer with Top Care, you could be doing any of the following activities for our commercial property clients: operate commercial mowers, line trimming, stick edging, use backpack blowers on grass clippings and leaves, pull weeds, prune trees and hedges, edge mulch beds, haul and spread mulch, and install plants. Job requires lifting up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis. Wages based on experience. Laborers with class E  license and a clean driving record given added consideration. We look for dependable people who make it to work on time and have a strong work ethic. Applicants must pass a criminal background check. Applicants must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.

Lawn Care Crew Foreman – As a foreman with Top Care, you will lead a crew of 3-6 team members and drive team vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work assigned is executed by your crew correctly and in a timely manner. All foreman are required to have a class E license with a clean driving record. You will have experience mowing commercial properties with both zero-turn riders and walk behind mowers. Operating line trimmers, stick edgers, and backpack blowers should be second nature to you. You could also be pulling weeds, pruning trees and hedges, edging mulch beds, hauling and spreading mulch, and installing plants. Experience in spraying lawn chemicals is an added bonus. Regarding our foreman, we are looking for dependable leaders. Applicants must pass a criminal background check. As a driver, you must pass the Authorization for Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Applicants must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
